Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Support Assistant at Cibo Vita in Totowa, NJ. The Sales Support Assistant will be responsible for customer service, communication, customer support, and supporting sales operations on a day-to-day basis.
Work closely with Director of Sales Support to help support Sr. Management, Sales Team and Direct Customer contacts
- Handle administrative tasks
- Provide all necessary data to senior management upon request. This will include set up of product shipment details.
- Customer forms & complete set up of items Customer Portal set up with time-sensitive deadlines
- Proofing, Packaging & Design Process Private Label in Retailer portal and respond within timeline. Time sensitive projects.
- Coordinate review of proofing with QA / PD / Sales Team Members and gather approval or changes
- Communicate approval or changes and verify changes were made
- Collect art files from retailer and forward to the Printer
- New program details :
- Manage details of packaging cases / boxes / trays and ingredients to meet launch date
- Maintain Customer information and details and item set-up spreadsheets
- Assist in handling invoice issues and deductions for Key Accounts Prepare Price Sheets, Account Analysis
- Daily interaction with Product Development, QA, and Production Team
- Customer programs, issues and requirements needed for new program launch
- Required skills and qualification :
- Full working knowledge of MS Office and intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly Organized, self-sufficient, and resourceful
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly speaking voice
- Listening Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Years of experience : 1-3 years in business environment
- College degree or equivalent industry business experience
- Able to work full time Monday Friday 9am to 6pm.
