Cibo is looking for a full time employee to join our team in our New Orleans, LA location. We are looking for a team player who is eager to learn and grow with the company. We are looking for someone who is self motivated, reliable, and eager to learn and advance within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.
- Work with all types of breads, loaves, and rolls.
- Clean and maintain work area, including sweeping and mopping floors.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager or assistant manager.
- Assist in the packaging of bread products for shipping.
- Assist in the preparation of food for service (e.g., cutting bread, preparing sandwiches).
- Assist in the packaging of sandwich products for shipping.
- Assist in the preparation of food for service (e.g., cutting bread, preparing sauces, salads).
- Assist in the packaging of sandwich products for shipping.
- Assist in the preparation of food for service (e.g., cutting bread, preparing sauces, salads).
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours per day throughout a typical workday.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. throughout a typical workday.
- Must be able to follow instructions without question.
- Must be able to follow all health and safety standards per health department regulations and safety policies/procedures.
- This position requires that you be punctual and reliable as well as possess basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division)
- Must be able to follow a shift schedule and be punctual
