We are currently offering a $4,000.00 "Sign on Bonus".
- Available Shifts 6:00am - 2:00pm
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing or vocational nursing.
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Texas.
- Current CPR certification.
- Great communication & management skills.
- Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Extensive knowledge of basic health care procedures.
Responsibilities Respond to emergency situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol.
- Administers and/or ensures that medications and/or treatments are given according to physician's orders.
- Makes routine and special rounds, keeping aware of residents' condition and special needs.
- Reviews and documents all nurse's notes in residents medical record, and responds accordingly to indicated changes in resident status or needs.
