Cibolo Creek is currently interviewing for an outstanding RN Charge Nurse to add to our compassionate team of nursing professionals.

Shifts Available : Monday-Friday, 10 : 00pm-6 : 00am

Pay : $33 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Respond to emergency situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol.
  • Administers and / or ensures that medications and / or treatments are given according to physician's orders.
  • Makes routine and special rounds, keeping aware of residents' condition and special needs.
  • Reviews and documents all nurse's notes in residents medical record, and responds accordingly to indicated changes in resident status or needs.

    • Qualifications

  • San Antonio, TX : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
  • Graduate from an accredited school of practical nursing or vocational nursing.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing and currently licensed by the State of Texas.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Great communication & management skills.
  • Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Extensive knowledge of basic health care procedures.
