Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Construction Laborer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist with a range of tasks on construction sites, including material handling and transport, supporting skilled tradespeople, operating basic equipment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This physically demanding role requires a strong work ethic, dependability, and a commitment to safety. While previous construction experience is a plus, we are open to training the right individual.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the construction, repair, and demolition
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment at construction sites.
• Set up and clean up job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform general labor tasks, including site cleanup, material handling, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or laborer work is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more).
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety protocols.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Drivers License
