Shift Leader
You will help direct the operations of a restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, ensuring that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer and other duties as required or assigned.
You'll focus on:
- Setting example of excellence customer service
- Provide leadership by creating and encouraging excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives.
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Maintain restaurant clean by following daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists
- Ensure food safety practices are followed
- Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings
- Work Opening, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed.
The ideal candidate will:
- Customer service focused
- Outgoing personality able to develop relationships and leading others
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, motivator, confidence
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrates the high level of professionalism
- Bilingual skills a plus
- Must be able to work a nights and weekends
- Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time & the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Education and Experience Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Restaurant experience preferred
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple restaurants
- Food Safety certification preferred
Travel Requirements:
- Must be able to travel for training as needed

About Us
Our story began in 1985 when our founder Joe Croce opened a single restaurant in Plano, Texas. Joe and his partner, Mike Cole, opened a 1200 square foot, strictly take-out pizzeria and it became an instant success. It was so successful that a few years later, they opened a second location which was not only take-out, but an unlimited pizza buffet concept as well.
