Child Counselor (Remote / Multiple Locations Military Families)
CICONIX , a Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) specializing in military and Veterans healthcare, is seeking a dedicated Child Counselor to support the US Navy's Fleet & Family Support Program (NFFSP). This is an exciting opportunity to provide specialized counseling services to children and families affected by family violence or child abuse.

This role offers remote flexibility, need to reside within 100 miles of the following cities :
- Gulfport, MS
- Jacksonville or Pensacola, FL
- Los Angeles, CA
- Pearl Harbor, HI
- Seattle, WA
Job Overview :
As a Child Counselor , you will deliver crisis intervention, non-medical counseling, and advocacy services to children exposed to family violence or child abuse. Your expertise will play a vital role in ensuring the emotional well-being and safety of these children through short-term counseling and case management. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including medical personnel and family advocates, to provide holistic care.
Key Responsibilities :
Qualifications : Required :
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), or Clinical / Counseling Psychology (PhD).
Active, unrestricted licensure in any US state or territory as one of the following :
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
2 years of post-graduate, supervised clinical experience (2000 hours).
US Citizenship required with a successful background investigation.

Compensation :
75,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
Positions are contingent and will begin upon contract award.
