As the General Manager, you will be responsible for the execution of all restaurant functions, including motivating staff, ensuring inventory control, maintaining revenue and profitability goals, providing excellent guest service, and adhering to food and beverage regulations. We expect you to lead by example and uplift staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- 4 years of experience in restaurant management, particularly in high-volume dining establishments with bar/liquor operations
- Previous General Manager experience required
- Strong coaching and training skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities, with a calm approach under pressure
- Working knowledge of front and back-of-house operations and procedures, emphasizing profitability, costs, and overall dining experience
- A 'lead by example' mentality

- Uncompromising high standards
- Serve Safe Certification (not required but expected)
