Key Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in restaurant management, specifically in full-service, high-volume dining establishments with bar/liquor operations
- Previous General Manager experience required
- Strong coaching and training abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A deep understanding of front and back-of-house operations and procedures, with a focus on profitability, costs, and overall dining experience
- A results-driven approach to managing teams and achieving business objectives
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
- Serve Safe Certification (not required but highly recommended)
