Responsibilities
- Uphold the company core values by being Professional, Passionate, Embracing Change, Sustainable, and Building Together
- Develop and manage existing business relationships with customers
- Driving new business within the territory
- Generate a yearly business plan for your territory
- Conduct product demonstrations
- Generate and maintain sales forecast for your territory
- Manage CRM data and workflows
- Adapt the consultant-based sales approach
- Work collaboratively with other departments to execute a successful sales cycle
- 50% Travel Required within territory, US HQ Peachtree City, and occasional visit to Europe facilities)
- Other responsibilities assigned by leadership
- Work as a team as needed to help the organization grow
Requirements
- Self-starter
- Consultive based selling approach
- Background in business development and account management
- Background in selling capital equipment solutions
- Ability to think strategically and put together regional business plans
- Background in using CRM platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 year sales experience
- Located within the Upper Midwest. (IL, WI, IA, MN, ND, SD, NE)
Preferred
- Knowledge in the industry: Architectural sheet metal, Roofing, and Metal Building Manufacturing
- Knowledge of CNC Machinery
- 3 years sales experience
