We are seeking a talented Full-time Videographer to support our paid social media efforts. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging, performance-driven video content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels.
As a Videographer, you will play a critical role in developing creative assets that align with our brand's goals and drive key metrics like engagement, click-through rates, and conversions.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the creative strategy for paid social media, focusing on Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms to drive performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions).
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality video content tailored for different social media platforms.
- Optimize and enhance user-generated content (UGC) from influencers and creators to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
- Develop creative briefs for content creators, ensuring alignment with performance insights and marketing goals.
- Analyze video performance data and collaborate with the paid media and influencer teams to iterate and improve creative assets.
- Design visually engaging ad creatives and marketing materials using tools like Adobe Suite, Figma, and Canva to boost ad performance.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to inform content creation strategies.
- Manage and organize creative assets, ensuring smooth workflow and timely asset delivery for campaigns.
