Senior Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Technician to join our team in our bakery manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting PM, troubleshooting situations at the moment, learn about our machines and ensuring continue operation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC, electrical, and mechanical repairs.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on production equipment.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance.
• Utilize schematics to diagnose issues and make necessary repairs.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
• Assist in training junior maintenance staff.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including stick welding, low voltage systems, HVAC/R, and industrial mechanics.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.
• Familiarity with manufacturing facility operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.
• Certification in HVAC or related field is a plus.
