Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and respond to their inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist residents with general requests, such as arranging tours or answering questions about the property.
- Answer telephones, record messages, and channel information to the relevant parties.
- Process incoming mail and sort it for distribution to residents.
- Maintain the reception area in a neat and orderly fashion, ensuring that all literature and refreshments are up-to-date and readily available.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- The ability to read, write, and understand English language instructions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Familiarity with administrative practices and procedures.
