Main Responsibilities:
- Engage with residents in a warm and welcoming manner, building strong relationships and trust.
- Take accurate and friendly food and drink orders from residents and guests, using your knowledge of the menu to make informed suggestions.
- Evaluate tables' satisfaction and address any concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Perform end-of-shift duties in both the dining and kitchen areas, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Assist food preparation staff as required, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
