We’re looking for a passionate and certified Pilates Instructor to join our growing team at Cielito Yoga, a family-conscious studio where mindful movement and community come together. We're located in Jacksonville, FL and offer a unique space where parents and children feel equally welcome.
About the Role:
As a Pilates instructor at Cielito Yoga, you'll guide group mat-based Pilates classes focused on strength, mobility, and breath. You'll help students of all levels connect with their bodies and build confidence through intentional movement.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is certified in Pilates (mat required, equipment a plus)
- Is experienced in leading inclusive, safe, and engaging group classes
- Has a warm, grounded presence and communicates clearly
- Is comfortable working in a community-centered studio that welcomes parents with young children
- Is collaborative and professional, with a passion for movement

Requirements:
- Current Pilates certification (mat required)
- CPR & First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
- Liability insurance with Cielito Yoga Co listed as additional insured
- Completion of a background check
- Completion of our New Staff Questionnaire
Preferred but not required:
- Experience teaching pre/postnatal or restorative Pilates
- Interest in blending Pilates with mindful practices like yoga or breathwork
Additionally, to ensure a safe family environment...
Teachers must hold an insurance policy at the time of employment
There will be a background check
Must adhere to contracts personal appearance and presentation standards
This is a 1099 position
Great communications skills and shows up to work on time
Reliable transportation
Willing to work in a family environment around children of all ages
