In this pivotal role you will lead a global team of talented engineers scientists and designers to drive the development and delivery of cuttingedge material automation and equipment solutions that exceed customer expectations and propel our growth.
Qualifications :
As the VP of Innovation & Development you will pioneer the creation of advanced packaging solutions using diverse materials like polymers fibers and natural resources. You will unify regional and multidisciplinary innovation groups to foster collaboration and maximize performance establishing a design philosophy that differentiates the Client as a total solutions leader. With a materialagnostic approach you will accelerate product development cycles forge strategic partnerships and collaborate closely with global leadership sales marketing and insights teams to shape product roadmaps and category strategies.
You will design and implement a longterm sustainable innovation strategy (product and technology) for materials equipment and total system solutions to deliver an ambitious profitable growth plan. Reenergizing the culture of customer intimacy curiosity and creativity you will drive a significant increase in innovation vitality while streamlining and optimizing engineering talent to enhance efficiencies and developmental capabilities.
Education
Bachelors degree in engineering business finance or related field; experience in commercialoriented and Innovation and Development roles preferred.
