Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business Administration or relevant major
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in managing large-scale building projects
  • Scheduling & Job Cost software proficiency (Primavera/P6, Microsoft Project, Procore, Prolog, etc.)
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, plans, and financial reports
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
