Summary of Position
The Client Navigator plays a key role in supporting clients throughout their journey towards business launch, fostering strong relationships built on trust and collaboration. This position involves identifying client needs, providing personalized support, and helping clients achieve their goals. The Client Navigator will also work closely with internal teams and community partners to ensure that services and programming align with client needs and organizational objectives. Responsibilities
- Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure ongoing collaboration and support, including direct engagement during client programming.
- Identify and address client needs related to licensing, training, access to capital, and other program requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for client referrals to vetted support providers and partners.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries through calls, emails, and text messages.
- Follow up with cohort participants to ensure continued engagement and progress after program completion.
- Assist in the design and execution of cohort programming, ensuring it aligns with client needs and organizational goals.
- Develop and implement post-programming initiatives to support ongoing client development.
- Schedule and conduct periodic in-person and virtual check-ins with clients.
- Track client progress and maintain accurate documentation through data collection, entry and reporting.
- Contribute to the planning and development of strategies to enhance program impact and address client needs.
- Manage CIELO portfolio of launched businesses.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen community partnerships and enhance program reach.
- Participate in community outreach efforts and stakeholder meetings to promote the program and recruit participants.
- Offer administrative support to program leads.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1 years of experience in program coordination, client relationship management, data analysis, and/or administration.
- Experience working directly with small businesses or entrepreneurs is preferred.
- Experience working with clients towards a goal preferred.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, data analysis tools, and CRM systems.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) fluency is preferred.
- Experience working in a non-profit setting is a plus.
- Small business ownership or entrepreneurship is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
- This is a non-exempt position with an hourly rate of $24-$27.
- As a non-exempt employee, you are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
- This position is eligible for performance-based bonuses.
