Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office functions and provide assistance with billing and insurance inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage facility accounts receivable system
- Record daily cash collections and deposits
- Establish communication with patients and family members regarding payment for services
- Generate timely billing for all payer classes
- Review Medicare, Managed Care, Medicaid, and other claims
- Process Resident Trust accounts and bank reconciliations
- Close Resident Trust accounts timely
- Process Medicaid applications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in A/R capacity in long term care setting
- Knowledge of PCC helpful
