Responsibilities:
- Supervision of Housekeeping Staff: Supervise and develop all housekeeping aides and laundry aides, ensuring they adhere to cleaning schedules, follow safety protocols, and complete tasks efficiently.
- Cleaning Schedules and Productivity: Develop and implement cleaning schedules that address all areas of the facility, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Staffing and Supply Management: Manage staffing and supply budgets, oversee inventory, and ensure timely ordering of essential supplies.
- Reporting and Training: Prepare and submit reports as requested, and ensure housekeeping staff participation in relevant in-service training sessions.
- Safety and Quality Improvement: Comply with all safety instructions and procedures, attend facility meetings, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum two (2) years of housekeeping experience in an institutional environment.
