Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring of applicant flow in the applicant tracking system and collaboration with assigned recruiters.
- Regular updates of applicants in the tracking system.
- Support Department Managers and Administrators in employee retention planning.
- Completion of the employment process for new hires, including I-9 forms, tax documentation, license/certification verification, references, background checks, fingerprinting scheduling, physical and drug screen scheduling.
- Scheduling and assistance with new hire orientation.
- Ensuring adherence to the Employee Problem Resolution Process and reporting results.
- Completion of injury reports.
- Benefit enrollment and follow-ups.
- Maintenance of up-to-date files for employment documents.
Education and/or Experience
- Associate's Degree or higher with 5 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or Manager role.
- Bachelor's Degree in HR or BSA with a concentration in Human Resources.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Human Resources, preferably in the long-term care setting.
