We are seeking a highly motivated Social Services Coordinator to assist us in providing exceptional care to our guests at The Laurels of Chatham.
This is a short-term assignment, less than 8 weeks.
As the Assistant Social Worker, you will be responsible for carrying out the responsibilities in accordance with the organizational policies and applicable laws.
You will use independent judgment and discretion on behalf of the organization in the performance of these duties.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medically related social services that help guests attain and/or maintain their physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
Qualifications:
- One year supervised social work experience working directly with individuals in a health care setting.
