Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our tank cleaning services across the oil and gas sector. A successful Sales Representative will be expected to bring in new clients, which is considered a significant plus for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the oil and gas industry.
· Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Bringing in new clients will be considered a major asset for this role.
- Promote and sell our tank cleaning and maintenance services to existing and new customers.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, contracts, and quotes.
- Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and customer service, to ensure the successful delivery of services.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, in the oil and gas or industrial cleaning sector.
- Knowledge of tank cleaning processes, equipment, and safety standards within the oil and gas industry is a plus.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.
- Successful candidates will be required to pass a drug and alcohol test as part of the hiring process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
