The Cigar Factory Pensacola is seeking a General Manager. The Ideal candidate would be a semi-retired Successful Businessperson, avid Cigar Lover and live close by to our Lounge downtown on Palafox. The GM would first ensure a Clean & Safe Environment for Guests and Staff. Additionally maintaining Inventories, Staffing levels, driving Sales and ultimately Company Profitability. Staff at this juncture is pretty stable with a slight change in coverage we shall discuss as we interview. Your schedule is flexible as long as Sales/Accountability are moving forward. Your Salary would be a base of $42k with Quarterly Bonuses structured on achieving Business Profitability Goals which could make the starting years package reach $60k.
