About The Role
We are looking for a passionate individual who is inquisitive and technically minded with keen business instinct and exceptional interpersonal skills. A successful candidate will have a strong B2C web and digital analytics background, is an articulate individual with good business acumen, and excellent interpersonal skills. You should have strong hands-on technical skills, preferably working within Adobe Experience Cloud. This individual should have experience developing measurement and data driven strategies across all aspects of a direct-to-consumer e-commerce environment.

About The Role

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Maintain website optimization and testing schedule. Coordinate with design, IT, marketing and merchandising on various quantitative A/B and multivariate tests across seven web properties and multiple devices.
- Develop test hypotheses along with metrics to be evaluated. Setup tests in Adobe Target® and monitor statistical significance levels throughout test period. Analyze test results and provide recommendations to business users.
- Following results evaluation, work with technical teams to implement long-term solutions (as needed). Deliver clear and concise set of technical requirements to developers.
- Perform qualitative usability testing on new onsite features and functionality including the user acceptance testing of all tags
- Management and maintenance of existing tags, ensuring traffic is captured correctly and completely in Adobe. Own/manage website KPIs ensuring significant shifts in trends are analyzed and reported to broader audience.
- Promote offsite and onsite activities as well as interactions that build search ranking and quality traffic including search engine optimization, content optimization, personalization, and conversion rate optimization techniques and tactics
- Consult with business teams and provide actionable insights and recommendations to continually improve website performance by analyzing client browse and purchase behavior, competitive data, and industry trends
- Perform deep dive analysis into consumer behavior on the site, ranging from pathing, funnel analysis to product interaction, to identify pain points within the online experience and then share results
- Collaborate with online and offline channel marketing members to present a consistent and clear view of the customer, enabling business leaders to make appropriate strategic decisions both within and beyond the web
- Own the maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions
- Measure and evaluate all major online initiatives including natural search, social media, and traditional media
- Drive content strategy, user engagement measurement, and A/B testing in support of web redesigns
- Consistency in delivering error-free work, on time, at standards that meet or exceed client expectations.
- 4 years of experience in digital analysis (academic or professional), including:
- Interpretation of key metrics in digital analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics® or related tools (Google Analytics®, etc.)
- Development of reports and dashboards in digital analytics reporting platforms
- A/B testing with Adobe Target® or related tools (Optimizely®, etc.)
- Experience with customer session recording tools such as Glassbox® or related tools (Qualtrics®, HotJar®, etc.)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Adobe Report Builder®)
- Experience with writing basic SQL queries or leveraging data marts or tools such as Power Query
- Experience with data visualization programs such as Power BI® or related tools (Tableau®, Looker®, etc.)
- Strong data intuition and attention to detail
- A logical, curious, and analytical mindset with a desire to interrogate data
- Capable of operating independently and with little direction, yet has the awareness to identify situations where additional guidance or support is needed
- Comfortable collaborating with diverse teams
- Ability to creatively solve problems and deal with ambiguity
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive effort and desire to continually learn and grow
- Degree or Certification in Data Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Marketing, or equivalent field
- Experience in tag implementation with tools such as Dynamic Tag Manager®, Adobe Launch®, Google Tag Manager® or related products
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience with Apollo® (Digital Analytics Management System)
- Experience with CRM software a plus
- Experience with both Adobe and Google Analytics
- Experience with any of the following software products a plus: Salesforce Marketing Cloud®, Salesforce Commerce Cloud®, Rich Relevance®, Yieldify®, Alteryx®
