Summary:
The IT organization is positioned at corporate level and consists of the teams IT Support, IT Security & Service Delivery, Business Applications & Support, Business Information Management and IT Project Management. IT Support also called the IT Service Desk has employees located at different sites around the world, there are also smaller Sales Offices without local IT. One of IT Supports main tools are the ticket system - TOPdesk. We strive to help the users globally in the best possible way, through prioritization, collaboration, knowledge sharing and strong communication both internally between the IT teams and with the business/users. We aim to work with global perspective and focusing on simplifying the many processes. You will report to the Head of IT Support.

We are looking for a service-oriented, self-employed colleague with a flexible mindset and strong communication skills.
Your most important responsibilities are:
- Handling (first and second-line) IT incidents;
- Change Requests;
- Installations of new hard- and software;
- Assist with on- and offboarding of users
Your areas of knowledge and expertise (that matter the most for this role):
You are accustomed to work in an international company and are a real Team player and People Person: you like to support users.
Other requirements:
- Helpdesk ticketing software.
- Knowledge of infrastructure management and operating software Intune, Active Directory, Phone systems, Virtual technology.
- Experience with Office365 and Teams.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing).
Physical requirements:
- Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
- Repetitive motion.
- Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
- The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
- Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances.
- Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items, and to walk short distances,
- Predominantly operates in an office environment.
- Some periods of time may be spent in computer room and communications equipment spaces for installation, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Some work requires moving and lifting of heavy networking equipment up to 50lbs.
