Cigars International is looking for a driven, customer centric individual to join the team as a Retail Sales Associate at our new San Antonio location. Opportunities for both experienced and entry-level Retail Sales Associates are available.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Restock product and perform basic inventory tasks.
- Operate a Point-of-Sale system.
- Answer phones to field call in-orders and general questions.
- Preform standard cleaning tasks such as sweeping, sanitizing, and emptying trash.
- Assist in manufacturer events and special promotions.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to engage, connect, and openly speak with customers.
- Independent thinker, logical, strategic, with a high focus and attention to detail.
- Ability to climb step ladders and restock merchandise shelving.
- Ability to work flexible shifts.
