Drive continued development of the Pathwell Bone & Joint solution as Cigna's flagship MSK-focused product.
Enhance digital-first clinical navigation capabilities and refine Cigna customer and provider service capabilities into a unified Cigna Employer solution.
Understand and deliver on financial expectations (earnings, TMC).
Lead a cross-functional team of matrix partners in product, operations, pricing, provider service, clinical navigation, underwriting, sales, analytics, marketing, reporting and others to actively design new solution concepts.
