The Product Director will lead the development and execution of Cigna's Pathwell Bone & Joint solution, a flagship MSK-focused product that drives affordability objectives by elevating high-performing provider networks and coordinating clinical and non-clinical customer navigation.

Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business objectives.
Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement new solution concepts.
Collaborate with corporate development on potential vendor partnership strategies.
Communicate progress against goals to executive leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required / MBA or Advanced Degree Preferred.
~10 years of experience within the healthcare industry.
~Knowledge of Cigna segments, products and supporting platforms preferred.
~Creative thinker with ability to think outside the box and translate ideas into actions; Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work with frequent shifting priorities and due dates.
~Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
~Travel up to 25%.
