POSITION SUMMARY The Procure-to-Pay Manager owns the output of an assigned work area within Procure-to-Pay and leads a team of Procure-to-Pay professionals.
Manages procurement and purchasing efforts to implement short term and strategic goals to improve on-time delivery, cost reduction and quality of all assigned products, supplies, materials and services.
Sets priorities, manages budgets and cost projections, and helps determine operational procedures.
Monitors productivity and achievement against goals and targets, reviews and approves procurement recommendations and actions.
Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge but is guided by functional practices and defined management precedents.
Focuses on implementing and executing strategies primarily within own department / discipline / team. This position is in-office aligned and will require the flexibility to perform onsite 3 days per week at one of the following facilities :
