Job Title: Integration Architect
Location : Tampa , FL (Preferably) or Anywhere in US with open to travel
Key Responsibilities:
Global Perspective of SAAS Platforms: Understand and evaluate SAAS platforms from a global standpoint.
System Evaluation: Assess and provide advice on current system problems.
End-to-End Features Evaluation: Evaluate integration features comprehensively.
Script Evaluation: Review and assess existing scripts for efficiency and effectiveness.
Tech Landscape Evaluation: Analyze the current technology landscape and recommend improvements.
SLA Evaluation: Evaluate SLAs and suggest necessary changes.
Integration Strategy: Define strategies to integrate CPQ with other interfaces.
Salesforce Experience: Good to have Salesforce experience .
High-Level Assessment: Conduct complete high-level assessments and evaluations.
Gap Analysis & Performance Strategy: Provide gap analysis, develop performance strategies, and create actionable performance plans.
Hands-On Approach: Be actively involved in the details, lean in, and direct performance resources as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Integration Architect or similar role.
Strong understanding of SAAS platforms and global perspectives.
Technical expertise in system evaluation and problem-solving.
Experience with end-to-end feature evaluation and script assessment.
Knowledge of current technology landscapes and integration strategies.
Familiarity with Salesforce and CPQ integration.
Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills.
Ability to work hands-on and direct resources effectively.
