JD:
- Ensures comprehensive test planning and execution from all testing phases.
- Develop E2E program test strategy encompassing Unit, Functional System Testing, System Integration Testing, UAT and Production Verification Testing, and obtain required approvals
- Ensure Quality delivery of testing services, Automation, Regression, including planning / budgeting, reporting, resource management, and testing standardization
- Oversees execution of all levels of testing, including coordination with SQM, Technology and Business to ensure adherence to test strategy, verification and sign-off, and defect management activities
- Effectively enable QE teams by providing or fetching the required technical solutions for various testing activities such as Infra, Performance, Security Testing, Chaos Engineering etc.
- Coordination of the overall testing infrastructure including test data and test environments
- Coordinate with project teams to collect aggregated test results and utilize metrics to assess and improve software quality
- Serve as escalation point for testing issues
- Ability to work across multiple application and business areas
- Ensure collaborative teamwork from onsite/offshore testing teams
- Possess the awareness of all latest QE industry trends , tools and technologies etc.
- Seek, promote and ensure implementation of automation opportunities.
- Foster a good working relationship with Dev Managers, Product Owners and other project stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate blockers and issues clearly
- Provide a meaningful and concise status report that will accurately reflect project state
- Manage team/resource issues effectively, fostering a healthy and professional work environment
- Knows how to identify red-flags and critical testing issues and escalate them on a timely manner
