About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced React Native developer for our Boston Facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as a technical liaison between prospects, clients, digital engineering teams and management.
Responsibilities:
- 8 years of experience in mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms
- Implement and manage localization features within mobile applications
- Utilize the Kamen platform for seamless integration and enhanced user experience
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot issues effectively
- Engage in Agile development practices, participating in sprints and stand-up meetings
- Collaborate with offshore teams for project handoff and delegation of tasks
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Proficiency in Xcode and Swift (iOS) or Android Studio and Kotlin (Android)
- Strong knowledge of hybrid technology frameworks such as Cordova, PhoneGap, and Ionic
- Solid understanding of JavaScript and its frameworks
- Experience with cloud technologies and their integration into mobile applications
- Previous experience in the benefits outsourcing industry or Health & Insurance is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
