The Data Architect is a subject matter expert in one or more categories that may include: Data modelling, designing, data governance, Designs Data object model and field, defines rules for data access, data privacy, data sharing, data retention and archival, Classify Data into different categories, prepares data quality report, should have knowledge in few data migration tools (ETL)
Responsibilities of Salesforce Data Lead/Architect
Be the Trusted Digital Transformation Advisor for our customers
Thought leadership role in Financial Services Industry. Deliver & support business process innovation workshops.
Leads business process redesign, roadmap planning, and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations.
Designing and developing data models that align with business processes and objectives.
Implementing data integration strategies for seamless data flow between Salesforce and external systems.
Assess customers business requirements, co-create the future vision for success and map to Salesforces solutions
Give input to customers target architecture, phasing, roadmap and transition architecture
Provide domain expertise and guidance to define solution for the customers on the salesforce 360 platform
Ensuring data correctness, reliability, and adherence to rules and standards in the industry.
Planning and executing data migration and transformation projects.
Collaborating with Salesforce developers and administrators to optimize data architecture and performance.
Staying updated on the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and certifications.
Collaborate with Technical Architects, Project teams and implementation partners to determine the solution details and value of the proposed architecture
Review and provide guidance on design and infrastructure blueprints, as well as proactively identify and communicate potential issues or risks
Stay up to date with the latest updates and trends in the industry and Salesforces solutions as well as competitive solutions
Competencies
- Strong experience in data modelling, data migration tools
- Strong hold in data governance, Designs Data object model and field, defines rules for data access, data privacy, data sharing, data retention and archival
- Must have worked on Banking, Loan Origination and Mortgage. Additional functional and solution knowledge of Collections, Payments, Lending.
- CRM/Salesforce solution experience is a plus
- Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and to integrate business processes across disparate systems.
- Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
- Solid verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team to solve business and technical problems
