Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Southlake, TX (3+ days onsite)
6 months contract
Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the team and create content for our recruiting social media initiatives. The Coordinator is essential to providing an exceptional experience for all those involved in our recruiting process.
Schedule interviews directly with recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and interviewers throughout all phases of the process. Including but not limited to phone, virtual, onsite and presentation interviews. Coordinate travel to align with the interview schedule if required.
Own pre-hire onboarding process, background check processing and ensure the new hire is ready for day one.
Manage relationships with external vendors. Process invoices related to recruiting within the contract agreement timeframe.
Utilize effective communication and follow-through while acting as a dependable point of contact for recruiters, candidates, hiring managers and other people team partners.
Job requirements:
Minimum 1-year related professional experience.
HS Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
Advanced computer software skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Workday).
Impeccable attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: concise, articulate, and confident.
Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills.
The ability to multi-task in high pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Experience with creating social media content preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
