About the role :
As a Intelligent Automation Consultant, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their needs, provide strategic advice, and develop business cases for automation initiatives
- Lead workshops to educate clients on Intelligent Automation and identify opportunities for process improvements and automation
- Conduct process mapping to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to streamline operations and maximize automation benefits
- Gather, document, and validate detailed business and technical requirements for intelligent automation solutions in close collaboration with clients
- Maintain continuous communication with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals, progress, and outcomes
- Stay up to date with emerging Intelligent Automation (IA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, contributing to the growth of Ciklum's Intelligent Automation offerings
- Participate in interviews, meetings, and workshops to define, optimize, and document processes for automation configuration
- Facilitate workshops with client stakeholders to identify processes suitable for automation and develop actionable process design documents
- Work closely with automation developers and business subject matter experts to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring the success of the automation solutions post-deployment
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members throughout the project lifecycle
