Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Foreman to oversee a 3 to 4-man crew. Duties
- Oversee daily operations on the construction site
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure project timelines are met
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work is being completed according to contract and to industry standards
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in construction techniques and safety protocols.
- Manage resources effectively, including materials, tools, and personnel.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction terminology and practices
- Familiarity with quality control measures in the construction industry.
- Competence in using hand tools and heavy machinery
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong leadership abilities to motivate teams and drive project success.
- Knowledge of various construction management software tools.
Requirements
- Must possess a valid Driver's License
- Willing to relocate to Washington State
- Ability to cross into Canada
- Bilingual - Spanish
