Summary:
✔ Engage with customers to resolve past-due payments and offer alternative payment solutions.
✔ Maintain customer records and use skip tracing techniques to locate delinquent accounts.
✔ Collaborate with management on repossession, bankruptcy, and foreclosure cases.
✔ Work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment where customer service meets finance!
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year of customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Passion for helping customers navigate financial challenges.
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and adaptable.
- Comfortable using computer systems & databases.
- Experience with CACS, RMS, and HOGAN systems is helpful.
