HR Service Center Liaison
Location : Hybrid in Easton / Columbus, OH
Job Type : Contract Only
Job Summary :
The HR Service Center Liaison is responsible for administering the Bank’s accommodation processes and policies to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other applicable federal and state laws. This role involves significant collaboration with legal teams, leave administration, and third-party administrators to support colleagues in need of accommodations and leaves of absence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Communicate with employees regarding their accommodation requests, intermittent leaves, non-FMLA leaves of absence, and personal leaves , ensuring they understand required documentation and responsibilities.
- Coordinate and document interactive process discussions to determine appropriate accommodations, working closely with legal, leave administration teams, and external vendors to ensure compliance with ADA regulations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and other federal, state, and local leave of absence laws to provide accurate guidance.
- Advise and support managers and employees to foster positive communication and maintain effective working relationships.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all accommodation and employee relations matters using the organization’s case management system .
- Apply a thorough understanding of company policies and legal requirements in daily work.
- Work efficiently in a high-volume environment , prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Assist with special projects and other HR-related tasks as assigned.
