SUMMARY:
Responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in ensuring that all activities in the Players Club are performed accurately and efficiently in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and internal control standards. The Players Club Supervisor is responsible for supervising all Players Club functions on assigned shift.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assists the Marketing Manager with interviewing, selecting, evaluating, promoting, disciplining, and terminating Players Club Representatives as needed.
- Assists the Marketing Manager in scheduling, supervising, and training the Players Clubs Representatives.
- Ensures that all Players Club operations are conducted in an efficient, effective, and profitable manner.
- Promotes positive Guest relations by creating and promoting a friendly atmosphere.
- Demonstrates outstanding Customer Service at all times by serving as a role model to all enterprise employees.
- Actively encourages Guest participation in the Players Club by communicating all Players Club programs, promotions, and events to employees and Guests.
- Maintains expert-level knowledge of all Electronic Gaming Machines on the casino floor, casino player tracking system, and active casino promotions.
- Monitors Guest player activity through the use of the casino player tracking system and authorizes complimentary items (comps) to Guests when warranted.
- Assists the Marketing team with the planning and execution of all casino promotions, specials events, and tournaments.
- Coordinates the casino bus program.
- Observes and recognizes irregularities, violations, or other discrepancies in Guest play and/or Players Club activity and reports findings to the Marketing Manager.
- Reports all Guest complaints and/or disputes to Marketing Manager for resolution.
- Adheres to all regulatory, departmental, and casino policies and procedures, and TICS (Tribal Internal Control Standards).
- Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Players Club Representative experience preferred. High School diploma (or GED) and 4-6 years of marketing experience and 1-3 years supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Gaming industry experience required. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required. Must possess excellent communication skills and effective public speaking skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or Employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables.
