We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy residential community. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the community, including but not limited to; leasing, marketing and resident relations. Responsibilities:
Leasing and Marketing:
- Conducting tours of the community and homes for prospective residents
- Managing the leasing process, including application processing, lease preparation and move in/move out procedures
- Implementing effective marketing strategies to attract new residents and maximize occupancy
Resident Relations:
- Building and maintaining positive relations with residents.
- Addressing and resolving resident inquiries, complaints and concerns promptly and professionally
- Ensuring the community rules and regulations are communicated and enforced
Maintenance and Inspections:
- Overseeing maintenance operations and coordinating repairs and improvements as needed
- Conducting regular inspections of homes and the community grounds to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Managing relationships with contractors for maintenance and repair services
Financial Management:
- Collecting rents and other fees from residents
- Maintaining accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager, preferably in a residential community
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with residents, staff and contractors
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
