Cimarron is seeking an experienced and dedicated Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our team in Chantilly, VA and Springfield, VA. As an EHS Specialist, you will ensure compliance with all environmental, health, and safety regulations and standards applicable to our organization.
Key Duties
- Provide EHS program support to ensure compliance with defined Statements of Work.
- Advise program and customer leadership of compliance or safety issues and develop corrective actions.
- Review and perform an EHS risk analysis on complex regulatory reports, permit applications, proposals, and contracts.
- Review subcontractor safety plans for construction activities and ensure compliance.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education :
- Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph (or higher).
- 3 or more years of experience in Environment, Health and Safety (EHS).
- 3 or more years of experience implementing or managing an EHS management system.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
- Associate Safety Professional or Certified Safety Professional certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
