Cimarron is seeking entry-level Business Analysts who are detail-oriented and analytical to support the Executive Fleet program in San Antonio, TX. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to one of the most iconic aircraft in the world, ensuring safety, reliability, and advanced capabilities.
Key Duties:
- Support data-driven decision-making, improve business processes, and support ongoing programs.
- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather, document, and validate requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and use cases.
- Support the development and implementation of new systems or process changes.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
- Collaborate with IT, project managers, and other departments to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Support testing, training, and change management activities.
- Track project progress and report on key metrics.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
- This is a sensitive/safety-sensitive position and is subject to DOT random drug and alcohol testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Understanding of data modeling and process mapping.
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or government contracting environments.
