What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Support Administrator position at Cimarron Software?
Cimarron is seeking a Client Support Administrator to support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract in Dalgren, VA
Key Duties:
- Conduct day-to-day administration of hardware, software, network, and users.
- Provide in-person and Phone Support to MDA End users for troubleshooting computers, printers, software, operating systems, and Microsoft office products.
- Install hardware at end-user workstations, including laptops, desktops, monitors, and related equipment.
- Contribute to large-scale projects and events.
Required Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
- Ability to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening, which will include but is not limited to testing for marijuana use.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 2 or more years of experience with relevant business systems, operating systems, servers, and/or experience in light programming, troubleshooting, and project management of small initiatives.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to move freely around a large facility, perform under-desk work, and other physical aspects of the position.
- Ability to maintain professional behavior and dress.
- Possesses a current DoD 8570 IAT level II certification (e.g., Security , Systems Security Certified Practitioner).
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Desired Skills, Experience, and Education:
- Experience working in a customer service role.
- Experience supporting a program with the Department of Defense (DoD).
