Folience, an Iowa-based, ESOP-owned holding company, is seeking a Help Desk Technician II to join our Shared Services Technology team. This position will be located at Cimarron Trailers in Chickasha, OK.
The Help Desk Technician II will :
- Analyze, investigate and resolve computer-related problems on a company-wide level
- Install hardware and software
- Improve and modify systems
- Provide training and instruction on specific programs and procedures
- Coordinate and facilitate the use of computer systems and programs
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to facilitate problem resolution and the procurement of hardware or software solutions.
Position requires an Associate’s degree in appropriate discipline and 0-2 years related experience, or in the absence of an Associate’s degree, 1-3 years related experience.
