Position Overview:
This person is the face of our over the counter sales. Must have a working knowledge of all parts and be able to interact professionally with internal and most important external customers. Receives and unloads freight both manually or with equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks; checks for damaged goods; verifies quantity and quality of order; verifies items received with purchase order; wraps, packages, and ships supplies; delivers and retrieves supplies to and from work or storage areas; tags and issues supplies; stocks shelves and rotates inventory; may receive, store, and ship flammable, or caustic and hazardous material; may maintain equipment. Will be heavily involved with the cycle count process as well as transfer of inventories between all Cimarron locations that originate from either CO plant. Other related duties as assigned.

- Assist Field Service Department with filling and tracking their inventory between warehouse and trucks
- Operating material handling equipment, pallet jacks, etc.
- Accessing information on a computer
- Review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Safely operate a forklift to handle material
- Ability to identify grades and types of sheet metal and pipe
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and rules
- Create and maintain a safe and sanitary working environment
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Support a philosophy of zero accidents by following all applicable safety procedures and maintaining equipment to operate in the safest way possible
- Flexibility to work hours necessary to meet plant requirement
- Verify accuracy of on hand material quantities
- Set bin locations on structuring locations
- Place labels on appropriate material locations
- Communicates material needs to Supervisors, buyers and vendors
- Assist in updating BOMs/PNIDs
- Audit material kits
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or four (4) years work experience
- 2 years of related work experience
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Highly proficient skills with the latest versions of MS Office: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Must possess interpersonal skills
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area (50 miles) of facility location will be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems
- 4 years of work related experience in a manufacturing environment

- Ability to stand, sit and/or walk on a hard surface as well as safely bend, stoop, reach, climb steps and use ladder.

- Ability to push/pull using 100lb of force.
- Vision abilities required: close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Vision to accurately read all related distribution documents and computer monitor screens.
- Travel 10%
- Some outdoor work requiring physical labor
Other Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge of basic math skills, adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing
- Good written/oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
- ERP system data entry knowledge
- Knowledge of design techniques, principles, tools, and instruments involved in the production and use of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models
- Knowledge of inputs, outputs, raw materials, waste, quality control, assets, and techniques used for maximizing the manufacturing of products
