Position Summary
The Service Coordinator is responsible for managing service requests, coordinating schedules, and ensuring efficient service delivery. This role is essential for maintaining high customer satisfaction and smooth operational workflows.
Role Responsibilities
- Log, track, and follow up on service requests using SAP to effectively dispatch refrigeration service mechanics, ensuring the timely completion of service calls and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and account managers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on service status.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including purchase orders, invoices, work orders, service reports, and customer interactions.
- Order and follow up on parts and materials from internal stakeholders to complete service repairs and maintenance work in a timely manner.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for mechanics and escalate issues or concerns to service managers accordingly.
- Prioritize service requests based on urgency and resource availability.
- Allocate technicians to service calls based on skill set and location.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance service efficiency.
