We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Maintenance Technician to ensure the operation and maintenance of bank equipment across multiple locations. This specialized role involves servicing lock boxes, ATMs, and vaults, making it crucial for maintaining the functionality and performance of the equipment, ensuring optimal operation, and minimizing operating costs.
As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining all bank equipment within its design capabilities, adhering to a preventive maintenance schedule, and performing housekeeping functions to keep the equipment functioning and performing optimally. You will need to be vigilant about unsafe conditions and take immediate steps to correct them. Managing work orders and providing status updates through a computerized system is essential, as is collaborating with your Supervisor to resolve any issues that delay work order completion.
You will use a variety of tools and equipment safely, including power tools, hand tools, mechanical devices, and measuring devices. Maintaining the company vehicle according to the maintenance schedule for oil changes, cleanings, preventive maintenance, and repairs is also part of your duties. Any accidents, driving, or parking violations must be reported to your Supervisor. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining company tools and equipment and being available for on-call rotation based on business needs. Discretion is crucial, as you must not discuss confidential information with customers. Strong problem-solving abilities are essential for this role, as you will need to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Other duties may be assigned as necessary.
Requirements :
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of three years of property maintenance experience
- Prior experience maintaining bank security equipment is strongly preferred
- Frequent travel is required
- A valid Driver's License and auto insurance
- Strong problem-solving abilities
