Ciminelli Real Estate Corporation is hiring a high-energy team player to be Executive Assistant to our Chief Executive Officer. The Executive Assistant will operate as an extension of our CEO, proactively providing him with the support needed to focus on the business.
We anticipate this position will work a schedule of 40 hours/week Monday-Friday. There will be intermittent times, however, when support may be needed outside of standard business hours. These situations are generally infrequent and communicated in advance.

What we ask of you:
- Look ahead and be proactive to provide necessary materials, reminders and resources to support the Chief Executive Officer's upcoming schedule
- Leverage organization skills to ensure a thorough and complete work product
- Be a team player, offering to assist other departments and Executives during periods of lighter workload, including filling in at the front desk when receptionist is taking lunch or using paid time off
- Use your travel savvy to book frequent travel for CEO, adjusting plans to accommodate changes in travel accommodations as needed
- Demonstrate a friendly and upbeat attitude as a representative of Ciminelli and our CEO to internal and external customers
Desired experience:

- Experience with corporate travel planning

Compensation:
- The anticipated base rate of pay for this position is $60,000-$75,000 per year.
- Base rate of pay is determined by a number of job-related factors, including but not limited to: required experience, skill set needed, and financial and people management scope.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
