Position :
Mobile Maintenance Technician - $2,000 signing bonus offered!
Position Summary :
The Mobile Maintenance Technician ensures the physical appearance and mechanical operations of assigned properties.
Position-Specific Responsibilities :
Ensure a thorough understanding of all properties assigned. Review building operations, preventative maintenance schedules, energy management systems, and equipment status.
Maintain the operation of building equipment within design capabilities to achieve proper environmental conditions, optimize performance, and minimize operating costs. Adhere to preventive maintenance schedule.
Be aware and immediately take steps to correct unsafe conditions. Notify the Supervisor of problems beyond scope of responsibility.
Maintain each property's professional appearance in all areas.
Manage work and provide work order status updates through the computerized work order system. Collaborate with the Property Manager and / or Supervisor to resolve problems delaying completion of work orders.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all electrical and plumbing systems.
Troubleshoot basic HVAC equipment issues.
Perform basic carpentry and mechanical repairs.
Safely use tools and equipment including, but not limited to, power tools, hand tools, mechanical devices, and measuring devices.
If assigned a company vehicle, maintain the company vehicle by adhering to the vehicle maintenance schedule for oil-changes, cleanings, preventive maintenance, and repairs. Report any accidents, driving, or parking violations to the Supervisor.
Maintain company tools and equipment.
Be available for on-call rotation based on business needs.
Act with discretion not to discuss confidential information with customers.
Other duties as necessary or assigned.

Trades Training, preferred
At least three years commercial property maintenance experience, required
Frequent travel, required
Driver's License and auto insurance, required
